Sweepstakes Official Rules
These Rules apply to quarterly sweepstakes conducted by Art Glass World, Tampa, FL ("Sponsor")
which will be promoted only on its website (the "Website"). Each sweepstakes will start on the
first day of each calendar quarter and will end on the last day of each calendar quarter.
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules.

Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the United States. Persons entering the sweepstakes
electronically must access the website from a computer located in the United States
No Purchase Necessary - No Subscription, Purchase or Online Entry Required
1. To Enter and To Win: To enter electronically follow the instructions found on the
entry screen and respond by midnight Eastern Standard Time of the last day of the quarter. To
enter by mail, hand print your name, address, and e-mail address, if you have one, on a postcard
and send to: Art Glass World, 4403 W. Cleveland Street, Tampa, FL 33609. No mechanical reproductions
or facsimiles. Entrants are not required to complete all fields of the entry form, but must
provide enough information to allow Sponsor to contact entrant if selected as a winner. Mail-in
entries must be postmarked on or before the last day of each quarter and received within seven (7)
days after the deadline. Sponsor will randomly select a winner on or about the 15th of the
following month after the end of the quarter. Winners will be notified within thirty days (30)
of selection.
One entry per household (mail) or per e-mail address (electronic) per quarter. In the case of
multiple entries in the same quarter only the first will be considered. No person will be eligable
to win more than one drawing. In the event of dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted
by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized
account holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet
access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational
institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated
with the submitted e-mail address.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, misdelivered,
incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages, or mail; unavailable network connections;
failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; online failures; hardware, software
or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failure or circumstances
affecting, disrupting or corrupting the sweepstakes in any manner including without limitation,
receipt of entries or entrants ability to participate in the sweepstakes, or winner notification,
or winner response to notification. Sponsor is also not responsible for any damage to entrant's
computer occasioned by participation in the promotion or downloading of any information necessary
to participate in the promotion.
2. Winners and Prizes: [Each quarter's prizes and their retail values will be described in
full on that quarter's website sweepstakes prize page.] Sponsor may substitute prize of comparable
or equal value. Winners may not choose cash or alternative prizes. Prizes are not transferable.
Winners will be notified by mail, e-mail, or telephone. Winners may be required to execute an
affidavit of eligibility and complience with sweepstakes Rules and a liability and publicity release.
Taxes are winners' responsibility and winners must supply Sponsor with Social Security numbers
to collect prizes valued over $600. Failure to execute and return any requested documents within 21
days of attempted delivery of same, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable
will result in awarding of prize to alternate winner. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with
proof that winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning
entry.
3. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to lawful residents of the United States logging
on to the Internet from withing the United States except all employees of Sponsor, its parents,
subsidiaries, and affiliates and suppliers dealing with this sweepstakes or the operation of
its websites, and those domiciled with such employees and members of their immediate family.
4. Use of Entrants Information: Entry constitutes permission to post winners' names on
Website and to use winner's name, hometown, and likeness in for purposes of advertising and promotion
without further compensation unless prohibited by law. [Except as required by law, Sponsor may not
share entrant information with any third parties. Sponsor may contact entrants in the future with
offers it feels may be of interest. Please read the full statement of Sponsor's
Privacy Policy.]
5. Deadlines and Odds Of Winning: The quarterly winners will be selected from all eligable
entries submitted on or before midnight, Eastern Standard Time, of the last day of the quarter. The
odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
6. Important Information: Subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where
prohibited, and in all other countries. Sponsor may discontinue the series of sweepstakes at any
time. Sponsor may terminate any sweepstakes or decide to modify it in any manner which it deems fair
and equitable to participants if it becomes aware of any occurrence which would materially affect the
sweepstakes' security of fairness. Sponsor may prohibit individuals from participating in sweepstakes
and disqualify entries if they (1.) attempt to enter the sweepstakes through any means other than
as described in these Rules, (2.) attempt to disrupt the sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and
conditions of these Rules in any way or (3.) repeatedly show a disregard for the sweepstake Rules
or act (a.) in an unsportsmanlike manner, or (b.) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or
harass any other entrant or Sponsor.
Sponsor's decisions with respect to sweepstakes are final.
Who Won?: For a list of prize winners within one year after conclusion of any sweepstakes
send a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Art Glass World, 4403 W. Cleveland Street, Tampa, FL
33609.
